    Not necessarily! I can meet you at any gym, studio, or outdoor space. If you have a gym membership, great — we can train there. If not, I have partnerships with local facilities, or we can train outdoors or virtually.

  • 02 What does a typical session look like?

    Each 60-minute session is fully customized to your goals. We'll start with a dynamic warm-up, move through your main workout (strength, cardio, or functional training), and finish with a cool-down and stretch. I handle all the programming — you just show up ready to work.

  • 03 I'm a complete beginner — is that okay?

    Absolutely! Many of my clients started with zero gym experience. I meet you exactly where you are and build a program that matches your current fitness level. Every exercise is demonstrated, coached, and adapted to you.
